Celebrity Chefs Arnold Poernomo, Saransh Goila & Jaimie Van Heije have collaborated with OneRare to celebrate their culinary journey as NFTs in the foodverse.
Launching on the Polygon network, OneRare benefits from Polygon’s low cost transactions and fast-growing NFT ecosystem. Celebrity chef and judge on cooking reality series Masterchef Indonesia, Arnold Poernomo is an iconic restaurateur & founder of six restaurants in Sydney, Bali and Jakarta. Born and raised in a culinary-savvy family with two brothers, Arnold attributes his success to his passion for the food industry & is now making his way to the blockchain to explore the new realms of Food. “Food brings people together. Combined with metaverse and Onerare, the possibilities are endless and for sure delicious”, says Arnold.
SARANSH GOILA
Saransh Goila is an Indian Chef & widely known for creating his own trademark of a classic Indian dish, now named the Goila Butter Chicken. In 2011, he won the title of India’s youngest super chef. Goila holds a record for the ‘Longest road journey by a chef’, travelling across India to discover regional cuisines, for 100 days. With a large social media following, Goila champions Indian food & believes the metaverse will be a true turning point for bringing regional cuisines to the global forefront.

JAIMIE VAN HEIJE
Jaimie van Heije is a renowned Dutch Chef and owner of several high cuisine restaurants in The Netherlands. Heading his signature namesake restaurant, Jaimie’s culinary passion has led him to exploring food in all forms. “I love to create the best dishes out of nearly nothing. Food connects. It really does”, says Jaimie. Known in media as ‘rock-‘n-roll’ thanks to his offbeat passion for sneakers & cars, Jaimie weaves unique Indonesian flavors into the freshest Dutch produce.
Jaimie is a big fan of NFTs & excited to not only bring his ideas to the blockchain, but also play the game himself. “I’m very in love with the idea of OneRare, like there is a connection in my restaurant with the food and the client,” says Jaimie. “There is also a connection between crypto, the food and beverage sector. I truly love the idea and I can’t wait to play!”
